Mushroom Goulash

Depending on how strongly you like your food flavored, you could reduce the amount of fennel seeds.  

Ingredients:
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup veggie broth
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp fennel seed

Directions:
Place all ingredients in the baby crock on low.  Cook for 4-6 hours.  Serve with noodles!
