Corn, Tomato, Black Bean Quinoa Mixer

You could do this with rice, barley, or any similar grain/seed.  

Ingredients:
1/2 cup corn
1/2 cup black beans
1/2 cup diced tomato
1/4 cup quinoa
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp paprika 
Salt

Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl and heat about a minute and thirty seconds.  Serve!
