Black Bean and Quinoa

The spice in this is HOT.  I suggest testing as you add.  The smoky flavor, though, really "makes" this dish!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup cooked black beans
1/4 cup chopped red pepper
1/4 cup cooked quinoa 
1/8 tsp chipotle chile spice 
Salt 
Pepper

Directions:
Mix the ingredients and heat in the microwave until warm. Serve!
