Ingredients:
1/4 cup cubed eggplant
1/2 cup green beans
1/2 cup cubed sweet potato (or potato)
1/2 cup diced tomato
1/4 cup cubed pear
1/2 cup cooked pinto beans
1 tsp paprika
Salt
Pepper
Directions:
Put ingredients in a small saucepan with 1/2 cup water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the vegetables are tender.
