Corn, Tomato, Kale Mixer

Any meal that goes entirely in the skillet is a good one!

Ingredients:
1 cup kale
1/2 cup corn
1/2 cup diced tomato
1/2 cup cooked black beans
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp paprika

Directions:
Put all ingredients in a skillet with a bit of oil and salt and pepper to taste.  Sautee until heated through and the kale is wilted.
