Ginger is pretty hot. If you don't like too much spice, you'll want to reduce the amount in this recipe. I set my mouth on fire!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup grated carrots
1/2 cup pea pods
1 ounce firm tofu
1/4 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Salt
Directions:
Toss carrots, tofu,
and pea pods with the spices and serve.
