Black Bean and Corn Quesadilla

Quick, easy, and super tasty!  

Ingredients:
1/2 cup cooked black beans 
1/2 cup corn
1/2 cup diced tomato
Tortilla 

Directions:
Heat the beans, corn, and tomato in the microwave.   Spoon a good amount in the tortilla and pan fry.
