Ingredients:
1/2 cup cubed squash
1/4 cup chopped carrot
1/4 cup peas
1/4 cup cauliflower
1/4 cup diced tomato
1/4 cup chopped zucchini
1/4 cup corn
1Tbsp uncooked quinoa
1/2 cup veggie broth
1/4 tsp ground thyme
1/4 tsp ground ginger
2 sprigs fresh parsley
Directions:
Place all ingredients in the baby crock on low for approximately three hours, or until quinoa is tender.
