Simple, tasty, filling...what more do you need?
Ingredients:
2Tbsp dried beans
1/2 cup chopped carrot
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp paprika
Bay leaf
1/2 tsp olive oil
3/4 cup water (add more if needed)
Salt
Pepper
Directions:
Place all ingredients in the baby crock on low until the beans are cooked and tender. Remove the bay leaf before eating.
