The preparation of this takes no time at all, but be aware that the cook time is 45 minutes and it needs every bit of it! Well worth the time, though.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped mushroom
1/4 cup shredded greens
1/4 cup cooked spinach
1/4 cup diced carrots
1/4 cup diced tomato
1 egg
1/4 cup yogurt
1Tbsp Nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp parsley
Salt
Pepper
