You may want to play with the curry/ginger amounts depending on your tolerance for spicy. My head was pretty clear after this!

2Tbsp uncooked quinoa
1/2 cup chopped carrot
1/2 cup diced tomato
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp ginger

1 cup water or veggie broth
