Tikel Gomen

 An unusual dish with very simple preparation.

Ingredients:
1 cup cabbage, shredded
1/2 cup sliced carrot
1/2 cup diced potato
1 ounce firm tofu, cubed
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp ginger
1/2 cup water
salt
pepper

Directions:
Place all ingredients in the baby crock on low for 4-6 hours.
