You can't go wrong with grits!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup cubed cooked butternut squash
1/2 cup diced tomato
1/2 cup corn
1/2 cup black beans
1 package prepared grits
Directions:
Mix the ingredients in a small bowl with salt, pepper, and a dash of cayenne pepper. Spoon the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
