This is the main protein dish for a meal, but you will need to add side dishes.
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp uncooked kidney beans
1/2 cup water
1 tsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp dill
1 tsp basil
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients in the baby crock and turn on low for 4-6 hours, until the beans are tender.
