Grits and Sauteed Vegetables

 So easy and so delicious!

Ingredients:
1 pkg grits, prepared (1/2 cup)
1/2 cup sliced and quartered zucchini
1/2 cup sliced mushroom
1/2 cup tomato
1/2 cup shredded cabbage
1 ounce firm tofu, cubed

Directions:
Sautee the veggies until tender.  Mix with the grits and serve!
