Butternut Grits

This cooks up into a cornbread type texture.  It's delicious!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup prepared grits
1/2 cup cooked and chunked butternut squash
1 egg
Salt to taste

Directions:
Mix everything together.  Pour into two greased glass bowls (or one small baking dish).  Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
