Saurkraut Soup

An interesting German soup.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup saurkraut
1/4 cup diced potato
1/4 cup sliced mushroom
1/4 cup diced carrot
1/4 cup sliced celery
1 tsp dill
Salt to taste
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Place all the ingredients in the baby crock on low for 4-6 hours.  If you would like it more "soupy," add more water.
