Winter Carrot Soup

Two thoughts if you want a soupier soup...reduce the rice and add more water.  Great taste!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup sliced carrot
1/2 cup diced tomato
2 Tbsp uncooked rice
1/4 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp cumin
salt and pepper to taste
3/4 cup water or vegetable broth

Directions:
Put all ingredients in the baby crock for 4-6 hours, or until the carrots are tender.
